What it does

Publishes answers. What a reroof costs here, why the deductible is the number that actually matters, what Colorado’s residential roofing statute requires, and how licensing works in a state that leaves it to cities and counties.

Connects people. Call or send the form and your details go to one independent local roofing company covering your town. One company. Not a panel of five who will all ring you.

Who pays for it

The roofing company does, for receiving requests. You are charged nothing and nothing is added to your quote because you came through here.

That is the incentive, and it is worth knowing. We do well when homeowner and roofer both end up satisfied enough that the roofer keeps taking our calls. It is a real alignment rather than a guarantee, and the terms say so directly.

What we avoid

No rankings or reviews of local roofers. No percentage of your job. No selling your details onward. And specifically, no distributing your request to a list of contractors, which is what a large part of the quote comparison business actually does and which is the reason people end up with six phone calls after one enquiry.

The name

Bessemer is a Pueblo neighbourhood, named for the steelmaking process that built the city. It is local history and nothing more than that.
